Icon Machinery Solution

Light engineering manufacturing sector of the country standing far behind than that of neighbouring countries. Long back, Dholyekhal and Bogura based few entrepreneurs taken initiatives and started manufacturing light engineering agriculture and construction equipment but initiative not sustained initially as a result India and later China encashed the opportunity and taken full control over the sector. Icon Engineering Services, Ltd. entered the pile foundation construction and testing business and constructed pile foundation for most mega structures in the country since 1991. They also introduced most modern and sophisticated technologies, equipment, and improved manpower skills.

In this context and based on past experiences, knowledge, and morals, IES is venturing new subsidiary; Icon Machinery Solution, (IMS) for manufacturing in-demand import substitute construction and piling machinery in the country. This endeavour will save foreign currency and time as well.

Already, IMS successfully developed a concrete batching plant and de-sanding unit and started manufacturing. These products will soon be available in the market and marking significant step towards Made in Bangladesh. Committed to elevating work quality, IMS has dedicated itself to embracing cutting-edge technology, acquiring state-of-the-art machinery, and assembling a highly efficient & skill workforce. Method

Ingredients are mixed in ribbon type mixture & poured in form and cured under water spray.

▪ Reduces sound and heat conduction.

DESANDER IC150DS

Desander separates sand particles from bentonite slurry. It is essential device for handling
bentonite slurry used for drilling borehole for bored pile through sandy strata. Mud is separated in
two stages; initially larger particle that is 4mm size separated first and then finer materials. Upon
separation of larger particles mud enters secondary process. Finally, separated sand particles
collected and fresh mud flows into mud tank or silo for further use.
